Terms & Conditions

A student may be expelled or have their studies suspended at the absolute discretion of the College Director and or Registrar in regards to:

  • Failure to uphold and maintain the College Policies as stated in the Student Handbook, and Enrollment terms and conditions.
  • Misconduct, inappropriate behavior, language and repeated disruption in the classroom.
  • Cheating in or disrupting an exam as reported by his/her lecturer
  • Non payment of fees – course and clinic fees are to be paid strictly in accordance with the College’s Enrollment Terms and Conditions.
  • Non-compliance will result in the student being ineligible to re-enrol.
  • Non-compliance will result in the student being ineligible to receive an Academic Record, diploma, Certificate IV or Statement of attainment until all outstanding course and clinic fees have been finalised.
  • No student may practice, unless under a College supervisor, until fully qualified.
  • No student is to claim they can treat, diagnose or prescribe, and is obligated to refer clients or fellow students to a Medical Practitioner when necessary.
  • A student shall have the right of appeal against a determination of the Director or Academic Board to suspension or expulsion. Such notice must be received in writing within seven (7) days of the determination. Nature Care college reserves the right to alter curriculum. All fees and timetables may be subject to change without notice.
