Refund Policy

Refunds

Learners, who give notice to cancel their enrolment 10 business days or more prior to the commencement of a course, will be entitled to a full refund of fees paid. This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law required statutory cooling off period for the sale of goods and services.
Where learners cancel their enrolment less than 10 business days prior to the commencement of a course a cancellation fee of $150 will be charged. Where learners cancel their enrolment less than 5 calendar days prior to the commencement of a course no refund will be given.
Learners who cancel their enrolment after the term/training program has commenced will not be entitled to a refund. Where a learner has been emailed a module of study it is considered a commencement of study.
Where a learner has purchased a text or training workbooks and subsequently cancels, the College of Natural Healing will not refund monies for the text. Any refunds due will be paid directly to the person who has entered into the contract unless that person authorises in writing to pay another party.
Any refunds due will be paid in the same currency in which the fees were originally paid.
Any refunds due will be paid no later than two months after notification is received from the student of their intention to discontinue studies.
There are no refunds on application fees or fees for additional services.
Training is considered to have started when learning and assessment materials have been sent and/or the learning facilitator has had initial contact with the student.
In the event that a face-to-face module of study is cancelled by the College of Natural Healing a full refund of the module of study fee is provided, or transferred to another module of study at the student’s request.
Where there is a lack of student numbers classes may be cancelled and or re-timetabled at the Colleges discretion.
Students will be notified if classes are cancelled and will have the option of a refund for the cancelled module or to transfer fees for the cancelled module to another module of study.

In the event that a face-to-face unit of study is cancelled by the College of Natural Healing a full refund of the unit of study fee is provided, or transferred to another unit of study at the student’s request. Purchase of text books is nonrefundable, any claim for refund on material or texts issued will only be made in the event of goods damaged in transit to the student. Claims will only be accepted within a 10 day period after the goods have been dispatched from the College.

Fees for additional services


The fees for additional services can requested from the College Administration staff (02) 7903 9557 or via email admin@collegenaturalhealing.com.au or can be access via the College website www.collegenaturalhealing.com.au via the ‘student portal’, it can also be found in the individual course prospectus available on the College website.
There are no refunds on fees for additional services or application fees.
Fees and charges may be subject to change without notice at the discretion of the College of Natural Healing
